The product

The conversion layer between your traffic and your CRM

FunnelMagic owns one job completely: turning a click into a qualified, routed lead. We do not run your ads and we do not own your nurture — we make sure what reaches them is worth the spend.

Pipeline

Six stages, one hosted experience

Each stage is configurable and every stage can be switched off — the flow adapts to the funnel you are building.

Capture

A landing page built from prebuilt sections frames the offer, then hands the visitor into the funnel. Mobile-first by default, because that is where they arrive.

Qualify

Every answer feeds an analysis engine. Score, archetype, quadrant or multi-dimensional profile — the maths matches the decision you need to make.

Personalize

The respondent gets a result page written for their outcome: what is strong, what is weak and the specific next step.

Route

Each outcome carries an action and a target, so qualified leads go to booking while everyone else gets the right resource.

Hand off

Your team gets a separate lead record — tier, priority, key answers, recommended action — ready to work in the dashboard or export as CSV.

Measure

View, start, completion and capture rates per funnel, plus how respondents spread across your outcomes.

Analysis engines

Different decisions need different maths

Most tools give you one scoring model and ask you to bend your problem around it. FunnelMagic gives each engine its own configuration, validation and result architecture.

High-to-Low Score

Each answer adds or subtracts points from a single score. The final score falls into a range.

Pick it when: Pick it when the answer to how did they do is a single number and everyone agrees more is better.

They see: A score out of 100 plus the band it lands in, with copy written for that band.

Avoid it when respondents should be sorted into unranked types — use Category instead.

Category / Archetype

Answers contribute points to categories. The highest-scoring category becomes the result.

Pick it when: Pick it when there is no better or worse, only different — you want to name who someone is.

They see: One winning archetype with the runner-up percentages behind it.

Avoid it when you need a quality judgement or lead ranking — use Score.

Quadrant Analysis

Answers move two independent axes. The final X/Y position picks one of four quadrants.

Pick it when: Pick it when two forces interact and the combination matters more than either one alone.

They see: A named quadrant plus the X/Y position that produced it.

Avoid it when you have more than two independent factors — use Profile.

Multi-Dimensional Profile

Several traits are scored separately and returned as a profile of strengths and gaps.

Pick it when: Pick it when one number would hide the story and you want to show strengths next to gaps.

They see: An overall band plus a per-dimension breakdown with strength and gap copy.

Avoid it for short quizzes — each dimension needs its own feeding questions.

Branching / Decision Tree

No score required — an answer decides which question or path comes next.

Pick it when: Pick it when the next question depends on the last answer and no scoring is needed.

They see: A path-dependent end screen based on the route taken.

Avoid it when you need a comparable result across all respondents.

Rules-Based Qualification / Routing

Business rules evaluate the captured facts and decide the action.

Pick it when: Pick it when sales already has qualification criteria and you want the funnel to enforce them.

They see: A qualification verdict and the next action for the respondent.

Avoid it when criteria are fuzzy or subjective — use Score.

Calculator / Formula

Numeric inputs feed a formula instead of conventional scoring.

Pick it when: Pick it when the payoff is a calculated number the respondent wants to see for themselves.

They see: A calculated figure with the inputs that produced it.

Avoid it when respondents cannot supply reliable numbers.

Recommendation / Match

Answers are matched against the attributes of several options; the best fit wins.

Pick it when: Pick it when you sell several options and the funnel should point at the right one.

They see: The best-matching option with the reasoning behind the match.

Avoid it when you only have one offer — use Score or Rules.

Pass / Fail / Threshold

One question: does the respondent cross the bar you defined?

Pick it when: Pick it when the only decision that matters is in or out.

They see: A pass or fail verdict with the follow-up for each side.

Avoid it when you want nuance between the two extremes — use Score.

Two outputs, one submission

The respondent result and the lead record are designed separately

What the respondent gets

A result page that names their outcome, explains the reasoning in their language and gives one clear next step. Merge tokens pull their own answers into the copy, so it reads as a response rather than a template.

What your team gets

A lead record with tier, priority, score or profile, the answers that drove it, a recommended action and a target. Filterable in the leads dashboard and exportable as CSV. Direct CRM sync is in build.

See where your funnel leaks

Two minutes, eight questions. You get a scored profile of your capture-to-conversion system and the one gap to fix first — built with FunnelMagic itself.

No credit card. The scorecard is a live FunnelMagic funnel.
